LOCAL ORDERS

For domestic non-tracked mails, all orders are shipped with Singpost. Our rates are in accordance with Singpost's mailing rates. We will also not be accountable for any lost or damaged mail. Once your order is sent out, we are no longer accountable for the product you purchased.

Normal untracked mails usually take up to 7-14 working days.

 *Do take note to include your unit number if applicable.

 

TRACKED MAILS

All parcels shipped within Singapore come with a tracking number. 

Tracked mails within Singapore usually take up to 3-5 working days.

 

DOOR STEP DELIVERY

All orders are shipped with J&T Express and all door step delivery mails are usually delivered within 2-3 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, orders are shipped with DHL, and shipping time varies with the country you are residing. All parcels shipped internationally come with a tracking number.
